Process Engineer

GreenH Electrolysis Pvt. Ltd. – a leading green hydrogen technology company manufacturing electrolysers in India is looking for a Process Engineer. This position will be based out of Gurugram, Haryana. 

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications, skill set and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in process and mechanical design, preferably in the hydrogen or energy sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for process and mechanical design is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, equipment sizing, and pump and piping/tubing system design.
• Experience with power plant systems or electrolyser systems or similar hydrogen technologies or renewable energy systems.
• Familiarity with project management and budgeting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Key responsibilities: 

• Design and optimize electrolyser systems, including process and mechanical aspects such as pipe sizing, pump selection, and fluid dynamics.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to optimize equipment sizing and design for an efficient hydrogen production, storage, and refueling system.”
• Create detailed design documentation and technical specifications using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and support procurement of equipment based on project requirements.
• Perform equipment sizing, process calculations, and other evaluations to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
